High-efficiency heat dissipation and insulation design

Oil circulation optimization: By adopting spiral heat sinks and forced oil circulation (OFAF) systems, the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by 30%, and the temperature rise is controlled within 55K, ensuring stable operation in high-temperature and high-load environments.

Environmentally friendly insulating medium: Use high flash point β oil (flash point >300°C) or natural ester insulating oil to replace traditional mineral oil, reduce the risk of fire, and comply with the IEC 60076 environmental protection standard.

 

Low loss and energy-saving characteristics

Innovation of magnetic core materials: Laser-engraved silicon steel sheets or amorphous alloy cores are adopted. The no-load loss is reduced by 40%-50% compared with the national standard (GB/T 6451). For typical models (such as S13-M-1000kVA), the no-load loss is ≤900W.

Intelligent voltage regulation technology: Equipped with on-load voltage regulation switches (OLTC), the voltage regulation range is ±10%, dynamically adapting to grid fluctuations and reducing reactive power compensation requirements.

Seismic resistance and short-circuit resistance capacity: Passed the IEC 60076-11 seismic certification, short-circuit impedance error ≤5%, and the ability to withstand short-circuit current reaches 25kA/3s.
