Korea International Electric Power, Electrical Engineering and Energy Exhibition

16 Jan
2026

As the only professional exhibition in South Korea covering the entire power and energy industry chain, the 2026 grand event takes "Smart Energy · Zero-Carbon Future" as its core theme and presents four key highlights. It is expected to achieve a leapfrog upgrade in scale, with the exhibition area exceeding 50,000 square meters, attracting over 800 exhibitors and 30,000 professional visitors from around the world. This represents a qualitative leap compared to the previous session's scale of 229 exhibitors and 9,500 visitors.

The technology exhibition focuses on the cutting-edge of the industry. Advanced solutions such as HVDC high-voltage direct current transmission, microgrids, AI energy efficiency management, and commercial applications of hydrogen energy will be showcased, serving as a window to gain insights into global energy technology trends.

The precise matching service is more effective. The exhibition specially sets up one-on-one business negotiation, B2B procurement matching sessions and overseas buyer export consultation sessions to help exhibitors efficiently match with core buyers such as Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO).

The authoritative supporting activities empower in-depth exchanges in the industry. At the same time, high-level forums such as the Global Energy Innovation Summit, the International Power Grid Conference, and the Korea Electric Power Corporation Procurement Negotiation Conference will be held. The "2026 Energy Technology White Paper" will also be released. The heads of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of South Korea, relevant committees of the National Assembly, and other institutions will all attend, highlighting the official authority of the exhibition.

As one of the organizers, South Korea's local giant, Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), has been showcasing its latest grid technologies and procurement demands at the exhibition for many years, becoming a core attraction of the event. Siemens of Germany once showcased its advanced HVDC high-voltage direct current equipment and smart grid solutions, relying on the exhibition to open up the Northeast Asia market. Among Chinese enterprises, CATL once showcased its energy storage battery system and reached multiple cooperation agreements with local South Korean enterprises through the exhibition platform. Huawei Digital Energy showcased its AI energy efficiency management system, becoming one of the highlights of the international exhibition area. In addition, enterprises such as Toshiba of Japan and Hyundai Heavy Industries of South Korea also participate in the exhibition regularly, jointly building an international platform for technological exchange and business cooperation.

Exhibition Time: February 4th - 6th, 2026

Exhibition Venue: Seoul, South Korea

Exhibition organizers: Korea Electrical Machinery Industry Promotion Association (KOEMA), Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO)
