Technical Introduction of Transformer Winding Deformation Tester
The transformer winding deformation tester is used to test the deformation of windings in Power Transformers of 6kV and above voltage levels and other special-purpose transformers. During operation or transportation, power transformers are inevitably subject to the impact of various fault short-circuit currents or physical impacts. Under the strong electromagnetic force generated by short-circuit currents, the transformer windings may lose stability, resulting in permanent deformation phenomena such as local twisting, bulking or displacement, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer. Main technical features: The characteristics of the transformer windings are measured by the sweep frequency method. Without lifting the transformer cover or disassembling and assembling it, the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding are detected. For transformers of 6kV and above, the distortion, bulging or displacement of the windings and other deformation conditions are accurately measured. The measurement speed is fast, and the measurement time for a single winding is within 2 minutes. The frequency accuracy is extremely high, with an accuracy higher than 0.001%. Digital frequency synthesis offers higher frequency stability.
The single machine displays three curves, automatically calculates relevant parameters, automatically diagnoses the deformation of windings, and provides a reference conclusion for diagnosis. Single-machine measurement, no need for an external computer. The measurement data is stored locally and can be exported to the upper computer software via a USB flash drive. The interface of the upper computer software is simple and intuitive, integrating many functions such as analysis, storage, report export, 3D curve, logarithmic curve, etc.
