Simulation and analysis of transformer temperature and mechanical vibration characteristics

In order to further analyze the temperature field distribution characteristics and vibration characteristics of transformer core, the author takes a 10kV oil-immersed transformer as a prototype to carry out simulation analysis and vibration test. First, the simulation model of transformer temperature field is established, and the maximum temperature rise of transformer core is obtained. The maximum temperature area is concentrated in B-phase core column and core window. Then, the magnetostrictive vibration model of transformer core coupled with electromagnetic solid and multi-physical field is built, and the magnetic field size of the core and the vibration acceleration of ABC phase are obtained. Finally, A magnetostrictive acquisition platform was built to monitor the no-load vibration signal of the transformer, and the acceleration of the vibration of the two phases of the core A and B were obtained respectively. The simulation results were compared with the test results, and the values were the same.
